MAMA'S CATERING 

It all started back in 2013 when I knew I wanted more. I didn’t know exactly what It was but what I did know is that I wanted to open my own business. I am very much a ‘foodie’ and knew that whatever path I chose it was going to be in the food industry. I could not wait to put a smile on someone’s face simply because in that single moment they were eating something that made them forget about everything else and were just enjoying the moment. Even though this was a dream of mine it just was not the right time....YET! I was 13 years into my career and was petrified to leave and take that next step. Having a family of my own I knew it was a huge risk, one that I wasn't prepared to make at that time. After 21 years I ended up losing that job due to the 2020 pandemic. Shortly after that my whole world changed drastically when I lost my mother. She was one of my biggest advocates and always stood behind my dreams. After losing her I knew at that moment that the "right" time had come. I was going to celebrate her life by doing exactly what she always wanted for me....happiness. The love she had for her family was beyond words. Her grandchildren called her "mama" hence where the name was born. So, I set out to create delicious and inspiring donuts using only the freshest ingredients, emphasizing unique combinations of taste with an exemplary fun style. I look forward to this new journey knowing my mom will be there right by my side.  Here's to you, MAMA!
